Elder Bird and Franco are enjoying themselves!
Their common denominator? Elder Ayres. He preceeded us in PEF, but prior to that,
he was an S&I guy along with Elder Bird.
They both taught Institute.
Slowly, we've been learning about Franco's many talents.
Gourmet chef, scripture scholar, fine vocalist, superb dad and husband,
and extremely gifted artist!
It's not rude to ask someone their age in the Philippines.
It's usually the first question we're asked.
Elder Bell was very surprised to learn today what his new answer should be.
It's such a big number, it frightened him!
Lucky for him, he'll forget it by tomorrow.
Happy belated birthday, Elder Bell? (How old are you anyway???) It's so nice to see you're having a good time over there. We love to see your pictures. Franco is very talented, indeed! How are you guys faring over there? I bet time is just flying by for you and you won't want to come home. ???
